Available training specializations

Customize your camp experience with additional training options

Focus on your individual goals and needs by selecting a training specialization when customizing your camp experience. One training specialization is available per week of camp for all Total Athlete and Game Changer camp programs. Some specialization may only be available during certain times of year. Explore which specialization is right for you below.

  • Speed & Agility

    Coaches work with campers on perfecting techniques around linear acceleration, maximum velocity, lateral movement, and multi-directional movement and agility.

  • Strength & Power

    Campers focus on strength in core areas of explosive resistance, jumping and plyometrics, efficient power development, and learn correct motor patterns.

  • Mental Performance

    Our mental performance coaches help athletes with their self-talk, breathing, imagery, focus, emotional regulation, and goal setting.

  • Recovery+

    Gain a deeper understanding of optimal recovery practices for your mind and body through proven tools and techniques.

  • English as a second language

    Campers will have a daily ESL course with weekly themes such as Inspiring People, Extreme Sports, the Endangered Planet, or Entrepreneurs. Instructors focus on communication skills, vocabulary development, conversation, short videos, and grammar as well as test preparation. For all options, please contact an advisor.
