About Me

Tom earned his associates degree at Onondaga Community College before moving on to The State University of New York at Oswego to finish his Bachelor of Science in Social Studies 6-12 Education with a minor in history. Tom continued his passion for education at Syracuse University, where he focused on race and racism in education while attaining a master’s degree in 2017-2018.

A native of Baldwinsville, NY, Tom has been teaching high school social studies classes at IMG since moving to Florida with his wife Alix in August of 2018. Alix also works at IMG in the accounting department. In his time away from school, Tom enjoys visiting local beaches, watching sports, and going on walks with Alix and their dog Roxxie.
