About Me:

As a lifelong runner and competitor, Maddie is familiar with the challenge of achieving excellence and exceeding expectations, and she strives to help her athletes experience those feats. During her collegiate cyclist career, Maddie struggled with her own mental performance, which ultimately fueled her to seek out the field as a professional career, as she was drawn to the idea of helping others harness their internal strengths for optimal performance.

With experience training adolescents, collegiate athletes, and adults, all with various goals and backgrounds, Maddie’s philosophy is truly athlete-focused, allowing each individual to lead the way on their performance journey while she works alongside them in attaining unparalleled greatness.
