Krista McAuley

About Me

Krista joined the Athletic and Personal Development team at IMG Academy after working as an intern athletic trainer at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL in 2017-2018. During her time at PBA, Krista worked as the sole athletic trainer for women’s soccer and men’s and women’s tennis teams.

Krista graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2014 and a Master’s of Science degree in Physical Education with a Sport Administration concentration in 2017. While pursuing her Master’s degree, Krista was the Head Athletic Trainer at Bosque Preparatory High School in Albuquerque, NM from 2016-2017 and also served as a graduate teaching assistant in UNM’s Physical Education Activity Program in which she taught Zumba, Pilates, Beginning Weight Training, Circuit Training, and Swimming to undergraduate and graduate students.

Krista was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and currently resides in Bradenton, FL. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and is an avid Zumba Instructor.
