About Me
Kit Carlson joined IMG Academy in 2008 and is a Senior Student-Athlete Advisor. He has been involved in youth baseball since 1991, where he began coaching his son's Little League team in California.
Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia. He has been married to his wife Kristi since 1983. They lived in Orange County, California for 17 years before moving to Florida in 2000.

- Coached Varsity and Junior Varsity high school baseball at Olympic Heights High School and West Boca Raton High School, Boca Raton, Florida
- Member of the Board of Directors and Director of Player Development, Southwest County Little League / West Boca Youth Baseball
- Coached with the South Florida Bombers (2002-2004) who were the AABC/Mickey Mantle 16U Florida State Co-Champions in 2002
