Kennedy Haynes

Program Manager

Kennedy Haynes brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our program as the Program Manager. A standout athlete, Haynes played collegiately at the University of Dayton, where she served as a two-year team captain and led her team to a historic victory in the 2015 Atlantic 10 Championship, the first in program history.

Transitioning into coaching, Haynes honed her skills at Wittenberg University from 2016 to 2018, initially as an assistant coach and later as interim head coach. Under her guidance, the team secured back-to-back NCAC Championships in 2017 and 2018. Haynes continued her coaching journey at Wright State University from 2018 to 2020 as an assistant coach, before joining Belmont University in 2020 as an assistant and associate head coach.

At Belmont, she played a crucial role in developing hitters and infielders while managing travel, equipment, recruiting, and scheduling. Her coaching efforts have led to impressive accolades, including eight all-conference selections, one Newcomer of the Year award, and one NFCA First Team All-Region honoree.

Haynes’ dedication to excellence in athletics, combined with her strategic insights and commitment to player development, makes her an invaluable asset to our program.
