Juah Toe

About Me:

Juah completed her Masters of Science in Kinesiology with an Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology concentration from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in May of 2022. While attending the University of North Carolina Greensboro, she served as the Mental Performance Coach for teams and individuals at the collegiate and youth level. Prior to graduate school, Juah completed her undergraduate degree at West Chester University in May of 2020 where she also captained the varsity Women's Rugby program. During her time as a student-athlete she led her team to an undefeated season ending in a National Championship in the Fall of 2019, became a 2020 NCAA Woman of the Year Finalist, 2021 NCAA Today's Top 10, and All-American. Rugby changed her life and is the catalyst for how she ended up here at IMG Academy today!
