After a record setting career at Florida State University, John-Ford Griffin played 10 years of professional baseball with 5 different organizations. His playing career then led him to pursue teaching amateur players how to maximize their full potential by establishing routines and an efficient work ethic.
John-Ford was the co-founder of the Powermill Training Academy in Tallahasee, Fl. He built a principle in teaching players a mentality to better enhance their training towards becoming an elite athlete. He spent 5 years at the PTA and now works as the Hitting and Camp Coordinator at IMG Academy.
