Isabel Alvarez

About Me:

Isabel grew up abroad in both Dubai and Qatar where she played volleyball, basketball, and softball. During her high school years, she began to explore nutrition and the impact it could have on her performance as an athlete. This led her to Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Sciences. During her time at Cornell, she worked for the Cornell Football Team for 3 years as a Manager.

After her time at Cornell, Isabel then completed her Dietetic Internship at Emory University. During her internship, she was able to gain experience working with collegiate athletes at The Georgia Institute of Technology.
