About Me:

Fran Boleltino is the U18 Head Coach for the IMG Academy Volleyball Program, bringing nine years of NCAA Division I coaching experience and a strong record of player development and recruitment. He holds a B.S. in Criminology from Penn State University, where he also captained the Men’s Club Volleyball Team, leading them to two EIVA Championships and a Top 10 national ranking.

Boleltino’s coaching career includes roles at several prominent universities. Most recently, he was the Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Tennessee Tech University, where he helped lead the Golden Eagles to their best season since 1983, with a 24-8 record and the program’s first tournament win since 2015. Prior to that, Boleltino spent five years at Duquesne University, where he developed student-athletes who earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference honors and played a key role in recruiting and scouting. He has also coached at William & Mary, Maryland, and Penn State, contributing to NCAA success and further honing his expertise in player development.

In addition to his collegiate coaching, Boleltino has extensive experience in club volleyball. He served as Head Coach for 18 Elite at Pittsburgh Elite Volleyball Club from 2018-2022, as well as at Virginia Venom Volleyball Club and Quandomania Volleyball Club earlier in his career.

Boleltino’s diverse coaching background, from NCAA Division I to club volleyball, and his commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court make him a vital addition to the IMG Academy Volleyball Program.
