A veteran coach with more than 25 years of experience, Doug Thibault most recently worked at NCAA Division I Manhattan College in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. Thibault oversaw the development of MAAC Defensive Player of the Year Pauly Paulicap and four other all-conference team members. Prior to his three years in New York City, he was at Harcum College as the program's associate head coach and assistant athletic director from 2013-18. During that time, he helped guide the Bears to a 133-31 record, including a school-record 88 wins over a three-year period, and a berth in the 2014 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Final Four. Additionally, he helped the squad to three top-15 final rankings, while aiding in the development of six NJCAA All-Americans. Prior to his time at Harcum, Thibault worked as an assistant coach at Longwood University for 10 years from 2003-13 and was an integral part of their most successful years as a Division I men's basketball program. Before Longwood, Thibault was the youngest NJCAA Head Coach in America at Jamestown Community College (Olean, N.Y.)
