Christina Chu

IMG Academy+ Nutrition Coach

About Me:

Christina Chu is a performance dietitian who has founded nutrition programs at multiple sports facilities throughout her career. She has consulted for a wide range of athletes, performance centers, sports brands, and media outlets as a nutrition expert. She has been invited to lead numerous nutrition talks, from large corporations to college-level academic lectures.

Her journey began in competitive high school tennis, where she earned the Athlete of the Week award from Varsity Athletics. She continued her passion for sports in her undergraduate program as a tennis instructor, while studying about the synergistic relationship between food and the human body. In her dietetic internship, she pursued an opportunity under the performance staff at the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas. Now as a dietitian, she has worked with all levels and types of athletes, from professional combat athletes, collegiate baseball players, high school runners, and even fitness influencers.

When Christina is not being a nutrition coach, you can find her teaching cycling classes at a luxury gym, going for long walks, or catching up on the latest Netflix show.
