Chelsea Rodriguez

IMG+ Mental Performance Coach

Chelsea has worked as a Mental Performance Coach since 2016 with athletes from youth sport to the professional level. She holds a M.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport and Performance Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. She is also a professor and currently teaches Sport Psychology at California State University, Fullerton, and Exercise Psychology at Concordia University, Chicago, and Sport & Aging at Sacramento State University. Chelsea’s research focus is on mindfulness and its effects on sport anxiety and cognitive interference. Aside from teaching at the university level, Chelsea has co-facilitated courses for the United States Office of Personnel Management in Conflict Management and Team Development.
