Caleb Phillips

About Me:

Prior to IMG Academy, Caleb was the head pole vault coach at Niceville high school, Ruckel middle school, and Destin middle school (2018-2021). He was the Okaloosa County Pole Vault Consultant-Ascend Vault Club (2019-2021), the Virtual Pole Vault Coach for 10+ college athletes (2019-2021) and the Co-Owner - Emerald Coast Track Club (2019-2021). Caleb was also a volunteer pole vault coach – Pensacola Christian Academy (2011-2017). Caleb studied and competed at Pensacola Christian College. While there, Caleb found great success in the pole vault prior to a career ending injury. In high school at Pensacola Christian, Caleb was a 3x FHSAA State Medalist in the Pole Vault and finish 22nd in the Nation at the 2017 New Balance Outdoor Nationals.

• 2019 Florida Coach of the Year (youngest coach in Florida to achieve this award)
• Swept 4 Consecutive District and Regional Meets (2018-2021)
• Pending patent on a shatterproof pole vault pole
• 2017 FHSAA 1A State Runner-Up
