About Me:

Andie has playing experience in both softball and lacrosse, but pursued softball at the collegiate level. With initial aspirations of a career in Physical Therapy, Andie found that the psychology behind injury and rehabilitation piqued her interest. This realization, along with reflections on her personal sport experiences and challenges with the mental game, led her to pursue the field of Sport Psychology.

Andie has experience working in applied sport psychology settings at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels with athletes from various backgrounds. Aside from applied sport psychology, Andie also has experience working in career services, student-athlete academic services, and university health and wellness. The variety of experiences and positions Andie has pursued have led her to value holistic wellness and overall quality of life for herself and the players, coaches, and staff she interacts with. Andie currently works with baseball here at the Academy and is working to pursue Certified Mental Performance Consultant credentials through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
