Aaron Seminski

About Me:

Before coming to IMG Academy, Aaron worked as an assistant for the Tumbleweed Track Club in Jacksonville, FL - a multinational professional training group. Aaron also has NCAA coaching experience working with sprinters, hurdlers and horizontal jumpers at multiple universities. He brings a wealth of experience working with the U.S.O.P.C., coaching Paralympic Sprinters and Jumpers in international championship events. He also has overseas experience, serving as the Director of Performance with the then Michael Johnson Performance of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Before coaching, Aaron ran at the Division 1 level at University of Arizona.

Spanning extensive coaching experience both globally and in the United States, Aaron Seminski makes a return to the state of Florida to assist IMG Academy Track & Field. Aaron has coached various levels from youth developmental, the NCAA and all the way to the professional ranks of elite sprinters, hurdlers and mid-distance athletes representing adidas and PUMA training groups.

In addition to this, Aaron has experience as a High School head coach in the state of Florida, acting as the head coach of Parrish Community High School, nearby in Manatee County. As an educator and head coach, 28 student-athletes advanced to the 2A and 3A FHSAA State Championships over the span of two seasons (2021-2023) after not having one single athlete advance in program history.

Aaron's passion for coaching is firmly rooted in the fusion of the sport Track & Field itself and the diversity of cultures, geography and people that come together for one common goal.
