IMG Academy Volleyball Classic

Tournament Information

• All games will be played in one location for this tournament.
• Courts 1-4 are Located on IMG Academy's East Campus
• A full tournament schedule will be posted on www.sportwrench.com
• A minimum of 3 matches will be guaranteed.

Waves

• All Teams will be in the AM Wave
• Doors Open: 8:00 am
• First Match Start: 9:00 am

Attendance Protocols

• IMG Academy is a non-smoking facility. There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the grounds. Additionally, no grills are allowed in the parking lot during events.
• No outside food, drinks, deliveries, or coolers will be allowed in the facility at any time.
• Due to allergies, we do not allow any pets in the facility. Service animals are always permitted with proper documentation.
• The IMG Academy has ample seating available at all courts and does not allow lawn chairs in the facility.
• No grills or any other open flame are allowed in the parking lot at any time.
• IMG Academy follows the USAV Spectator Code of Conduct and will not tolerate rude or aggressive behavior toward staff, players, other spectators, or officials within the facility.
• A licensed Athletic Trainer will be on-site at each tournament.

Food Vendors

• There will be food vendors available by the facility.
• IMG Academy also has school servery available for full meals breakfast/lunch and dinner.
• On Campus Outlets located in the Campus Center are also available: Café, Primos, Wahlburger, Big Chicken and Crust Pizza.
• IMG Academy campus is cash free.

Tournament Refund Policy

Refunds for tournaments will be applied to each individual event as follows:

• If team cancellation/withdrawal occurs greater than 30 days before the event start date, team will be entitled to a full refund, less processing fees.
• If team cancellation/withdrawal occurs within 30 days before the event start date, team will NOT receive a refund.
• If an event is canceled, teams will be refunded 90% of the original event registration fee.
