Event Accommodations
The Legacy Hotel at IMG Academy is the ultimate event accommodation for IMG Academy events. Competition Format
Competition will take place on Saturday, April 6. Events will include both a decathlon and heptathlon. Participants must register beforehand through DirectAthletics.com or the links provided below.

Facilities
Track: Brand new 8–lane all weather surface. 3/16 or 1/4” (5 or 7mm) pyramid spikes.
Men’s and women’s triple/long jump and pole vault pits: 4 pits running north, south, east, and west to avoid cross winds.
Javelin, Shot Put, and Discus: Conducted on the Throws Field, north East of the Stadium, Area A.
Each team will have a 24’ X 12’ team area.

Important Links & Information
Each team will be supplied with athlete and coach wristbands which will be used to gain admittance to the meet. Athletes must be wearing their wristband to compete.
Track athletes are required to check-in at the clerk of the course prior to final call of their event where hip numbers will be given to the competitors and must be placed on the hip prior to entering the track for competition. The clerk of the course will be located in the warm-up area, just west of the track. After being checked-in, athletes must remain in the staging area. Athletes competing in more than one event simultaneously must check in/out with each official to avoid being scratched/disqualified.
Participants must complete an event waiver before attending the 2024 IMG Academy Invitational.

IMG Academy offers drop-off and pickup services for all local Florida airports. Teams and players can schedule arranged transportation through Travel and Planning on IMG Academy’s website.

Sarasota/Bradenton Florida is conveniently located in central Florida and located near many large international airports. Make sure to book travel through one of these local airports.
