We’ve teamed up with CBORD, a leading provider of secure campus cashless card systems, to provide our students, parents, faculty, and staff instant access to funds simply by using their MyIMGCard. In addition to going cashless, MyIMGCard grants access to academic and athletic facilities along with all residence halls. Manage your card safely, securely and in real-time. Monitor transactions and make deposits from your Android or iOS device.

How to Register for an Account

Once registered, you will have full access to our dining options, retail locations, and on-campus amenities.

Dining - MyIMGCard can be used at all campus food vendors including the Campus Center, Clubhouse Dining Room, and stadium concessions.
Retail - Buying books or need camp essentials? Visit the IMG Bookstore or Pro Shop. All on-campus retailers accept MyIMGCard.
Amenities - The Wellness Spa and Student Activity trips can all be booked with MyIMGCard.

MyIMGCard allows freedom of access to our facilities and the convenience of a debit or credit card all in one. For students and campers, MyIMGCard allows you to remain focused on your goals without the stress of carrying money or exchanging currencies. What if I’m a parent, grandparent, or friend looking to deposit money into a cardholder's account – Can I do so?

Yes, you can. Thanks in part to the GET mobile app, friends and family can deposit money into a cardholder's account simply by downloading the app and connecting it to the identification number on the card.

For parents, family and friends that have more than one student attending IMG Academy, the GET mobile app allows for multiple accounts to be registered to your app.
Can I monitor transactions and purchases through the app?

Yes. Once your registration is complete, the app’s home screen provides multiple features including monitoring transactions including purchase history and verification of amounts in addition to finding a location that accepts MyIMGCard.
Where can I replace MyIMGCard?

If you need to replace your MyIMGCard, please visit the Student Bank, located in the Campus Center. Current balances are unaffected, a new card will be issued to you.
Am I able to make cash withdrawals?

Yes. Cash withdrawals greater than $300 will need guardian consent by email for phone. The Student Bank can be reached at [email protected] or by phone 941-752-2487.
Do vending machines accept MyIMGCard?

Vending machines are cash only, MyIMGCard cannot be used at the vending machines found on campus. You can make food and drink purchases at any of the other dining locations, including the Campus Center and Clubhouse.
Can MyIMGCard be used off campus?

No, MyIMGCard cannot be used off-campus. Student Activity trips can be purchased with MyIMGCard but no purchases are possible outside of IMG Academy campus.
