Youth Development Camps

Our youth developmental camps, these two-week sessions establish the fundamentals stickhandling, shooting, passing, catching in tight situations and ground ball techniques. The two-week camp uses proven techniques to help younger players develop position-specific movement patterns and skills. We focus on the fundamentals of the game to give young players the foundation of skills and techniques they need to help them develop.

3-Week Camps

Our most popular option in 2014, our three-week summer camp offers athletes a progressive training program to help them prepare for an upcoming season or tournament. The core training program combines fundamental instruction in all aspects of the game with a combination of indoor (box) play and outdoor play, a player-centric capacity to make read-and-react decisions on-and off-the-ball and applications for emerging and advanced innovative concepts. Each athlete receives position-specific instruction, specialized training, small group coaching from our team of expert coaches and a Motus biomechanical analysis for performance analysis and injury prevention.

5-Week Camps

Our best value, this five-week camp provides athletes with an unparalleled training experience. During the five-week program, we’ll address all areas of the game to maximize development and help you reach your full potential. The core training program combines fundamental instruction in all aspects of the game with a combination of indoor (box) play and outdoor play, analysis and physical and mental conditioning with our performance specialists. Each athlete receives position-specific instruction, specialized training, small group coaching from our team of expert coaches and a Motus biomechanical analysis for performance analysis and injury prevention. We’ll focus on key areas of improvement, including stick work, shooting, ground balls, face-offs, dodging, stick protection, strength, speed, stamina and confidence.

7-Week Camps

Our seven-week camp offers student-athletes the opportunity to get ahead not only athletically, but in the classroom. With small class sizes and individualized attention from our dedicated staff of teachers, our summer school program is a perfect solution for students looking to gain an extra high school credit, or enhance an existing grade over the summer. Modeled after our renowned private school program, student-athletes will follow our collegiate-style schedule receiving lacrosse training in the morning and classroom instruction in the afternoon. This consists of drills, practice sessions, situational games, mental conditioning, video analysis and strength training led by our expert coaches and performance specialists. Courses currently available in our summer school curriculum include: American Literature, Algebra II and American History, depending on demand other courses may be available upon request. *After successful completion of the course, campers will receive one full high school credit at the conclusion of their stay.

While a 1-week camp allows you to experience our world-renowned training, professional-grade facilities and personal growth disciplines in a diverse and engaging environment, our three-week, five-week and seven-week programs represent not only the best value, but were created to maximize your training and provide the greatest level of improvement within your sport.


 

1-Week: Athletes adjust to a new training schedule, acclimating to the weather and processing information. The first week is exciting, challenging, motivating and inspirational.

3 to 5-Week: Athletes begin to perform at a higher level as they now have a firm grasp of newly learned tactics and techniques. On and off-campus activities allow students to make friends with other dedicated athletes from around the world.

5 to 7-Week: Athletes now see the transformation from the athlete they were to the athlete they are becoming. They notice a measurable difference in strength, agility, focus and confidence. Tactics and techniques becom instinctive. Bonds with other passionate athletes will last a liftime.
