Arnond is a professional golfer on the Asian Tour. Prior to turning pro in 2011 he played for the University of Florida, where in his senior season (2011) he earned SEC Player of the Year Honors and was named a Ping First Team All-American. He took medalist honors in three events that year for Florida, including the Schenkel Invitational, Jacksonville University Invitational, and Isleworth Invitational.

In his rookie year on the Asian Tour in 2012 Arnond played in 20 events, earning 5 top-10s, and a victory in the Kings Cup tournament. He won by two strokes over the eventual 2012 Order of Merit champion, Thaworn Wiratchant. Arnond himself finished 18th in the 2012 Order of Merit.

Prior to his time at Florida, Arnond was also a strong junior golfer. He earned Rolex AJGA All-American First Team honors in 2005 and 2006. He was also the IMG Academy Player of the Year in 2005.
