Jairo Aldana has been with the IMG Academy tennis program since 1988. Prior to joining the academy, Aldana was working and training kids of all ages and skill levels. He also has traveled to tournaments both inside and outside the USA.

- Illnois Champion at the "Universities" Tournament in 1989
- Central American Champion in 1984
- Work with kids from all ages and skill levels and traveled to tournaments both inside and outside the USA.
