Using a revolutionary training curriculum developed over 30+ years of developing high-performing athletes, our performance camps promote athletic progression, character development, leadership and overall personal evolution. We built our program on seven unique training disciplines: physical conditioning; mental conditioning; nutrition; leadership; vision training; athletic body management and life skills. No matter your sport, you will gain an edge on the competition with help from our performance training specialists.

Facilities

 

Our 500-acre campus offers everything an athlete needs to succeed. 

Attendees of our Performance camps will have access to our 10,000 square foot weight room, our 8-lane 400 meter track, covered performance turf/track and dozens of courts, fields and courses.

All of our facilities are maintained at a professional standard to ensure the perfect training environment for every athlete. 


 

Sample Schedule

Morning

7:30 - 8:30am: Breakfast
9 - 10am: Sports Therapy
10 - 11:30am: Physical Conditioning
11:30 - 12pm: Recovery

Afternoon

12 - 2pm: Lunch
2 - 3:30pm: Physical Conditioning
3:30 - 4pm: Recovery
4 - 5pm: Mental Conditioning, Vision Training, Leadership, Nutrition or Regeneration Massage

Evening

5 - 7pm: Dinner
7 - 10pm: Chaperoned on-campus or off-campus activities (movies/ trivia/pool parties)
10 pm: 
Sleep

is the ultimate combination of training and fun.

On-campus activities
The hub of activity in the evenings revolves around the residence halls and the junior pool area. Activities include: swimming; movies; recreation room (with video games, foosball and a pool table) and more

Off-campus activities
Campers also have the opportunity to have off-campus fun through scheduled and chaperoned day trips to destinations like local beaches, amusement parks, water parks, museums and other venues

At IMG Academy, we offer multiple training options designed to get you the results you are looking for. Did you know you can pair your performance training with Education/English classes?

Performance + Education

Half day of performance training + half day of classroom work

Pair performance training at the core level with an academic or English-language learning program:
