Performance camps at IMG Academy use a revolutionary training curriculum developed over 30+ years of developing high-performing athletes, to promote athletic progression, character development, leadership and overall personal evolution. We built our program on seven unique training disciplines: physical conditioning; mental conditioning; nutrition; leadership; vision training; athletic body management and life skills. No matter your sport, you will gain an edge on the competition with help from our specialists.

Attendees of our Performance camps will have access to our 10,000 square foot weight room, our 8-lane 400 meter track, covered performance turf/track and dozens of courts, fields and courses.

At IMG Academy, we offer multiple training options designed to get you the results you are looking for. Did you know you can pair your performance training with Education/English classes?
Performance + Education
Half day of performance camp + half day of classroom work
Performance Training Only
Full day of performance training specific to the athlete
Once you have selected your length of stay and your camp option (sport only or sport + education), you can choose the best program to pair with your sport to get the most out of your camp experience!
